Seftalia is a traditional Cypriot food. It consists of a mixture of minced pork, chopped onion and parsley. The mixture is wrapped with lamb chops. It looks like a traditional souvlaki, since when it is cooked, it is then wrapped in a Cypriot pie together with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cabbage and parsley.
