The Perfect Fried Pork Chunks
Tip: Heat in a large frying pan, the half amount of olive oil and saute the onions and peppers. Add some salt and pepper to the pork and saute it into the same pan in the remaining olive oil on high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Add some wine and continue sautéing for more 2-3 minutes, until the alcohol evaporates.
