Instructions for proper cooking of the rabbit
Cook it in tomato sauce and combine it with pasta.
Put the olive oil, the onion and garlic in a saucepan and saute. Then, add the rabbit and saute for about 10 minutes, until it turns brown. Add some wine until the alcohol evaporates. Mash the tomatoes and blend them with the paste. Add the spices, in a low heat and cook until the meat softens and the tomato sauce thickens. Pour the pasta into boiling water and cook for as many minutes as the packet demands. Strain the pasta, pour some cold water and place them in the casserole, adding some olive oil and salt.
