Spaghetti Bolognese

Materials:
  • 750 gr ground beef of ground pork
  • 400 gr tomato sauce
  • 1 package pasta of your choice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Spices
  • 2 bay leaves
Cooking:

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a non-stick pan and heat it up. Then, saute the chopped onions with the minced meat and mix well until it turns brown. Pour the tomato sauce, the garlic, the, spices, the paste, the sugar, the bay leaves and, finally, add salt and pepper to become tasty. Stir well until it turns to an undivided mixture and then add water. Lower the heat and boil them for about 15 minutes. Add more water, if needed. At the same time, put water, salt and the pasta in another saucepan.

Follow the instructions on the packing. In case you prefer the authentic Italian gastronomy, boil them for 1 minute less. When they are ready, strain them, add butter into the pan and pour them back into the pan. Serve the spaghetti with minced meat and parmesan.
